Delivery & Refund Policy

  • Delivery

    • We offer delivery within a 5 mile radius for a £5.99 fixed fee.
    • We offer same day delivery service for all orders placed before 3pm.
    • Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the next day.
    • Be sure to leave your contact number so that we can confirm your order before delivery. If we do not get an answer we will not process your order and will refund your order.
    • Please note we are closed on Sundays therefore any orders placed on Saturdays after 3pm or Sunday, will be delivered on the following Monday.
    • If you would like to schedule a delivery date /time, please be sure to list all details when confirming your order.

  • Refunds & Returns

    • We do not offer refunds or returns on meat.
    • We offer returns on products however a valid reason must be stated and this will have to be carried out in-store.
